This villa is made up of three apartments consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, a private heated pool with waterfall, chill-out area and Finnish sauna.

Your living room offers a perfect space to relax after spending a day in the sun or enjoying the sauna. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy a good book or enjoy all the comforts at your disposal, such as a flat-screen TV, a Wi-Fi internet connection, a radio or reading books.

You can prepare delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, heater, coffee maker, fridge, wine cellar and then taste them around the dining table with capacity for 12 people outdoors, on the terrace taking advantage of the views of the pool and mountains. This villa has an apartment with a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom equipped with a modern shower tray, suspended sink and hairdryer.

The second apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchen-office and a fully equipped bathroom.

The third apartment located next to the pool has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a single sofa, as well as a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom.

Services and common areas

The pool area consists of a Finnish Sauna, a chill out area and a terrace with a large outdoor table and chairs under a pergola. In addition, it has outdoor showers, a bathroom and a room for towels and mats for Balinese sun loungers in grassy areas.

The villa also has a large tennis-soccer court and a barbecue area with a wood-burning oven, dining porch, bathroom-toilet and large parking areas. In turn, it has a washing machine, dryer, iron and an ironing table, cabinets, cleaning products, heating and a fan.

Please note that the pool towels, bath towels and all the linen are included in the price. Smoking is allowed outside the home. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.

This house offers a privileged location of peace and harmony, which will allow you to fully enjoy your trip to the island of Gran Canaria. The owner offers customers the fruits of the farm, depending on the season and also a guided walk around the farm with explanations of the cultivation and the process of making bananas. In addition, you will find restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy a few kilometers away and all the necessary services for your enjoyment.
